When formulating your responses, keep in mind that you’re selling yourself in the Interview … and you’re not leaving without a the next step or the job offer. Are you truly prepared to resign from your current position? What are your greatest strengths? What about your weaknesses? What are your short-term goals? Where do you see yourself in five years? Where do you rate in terms of the position you seek?
